Berlin’s green spaces are presented on an interactive map. The lime-colored areas surrounding them indicate the neighborhoods that can access these parks under the conditions set within the interface.
Users can adjust the mode of transport and the time available for the trip.
Hovering any park or forest reveals details such as available facilities, noise levels and vegetation.
An in-depth description on the welcome screen details the research and data collection process.
A guided tour highlights relevant examples across the city.
Controls are accompanied by background information, explaining what the respective data represents and why it is relevant.
The reachability of green spaces can also be explored and ranked by district.
